Ynéom does not collect any sensitive data. Sensitive date, includes data on: race, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or related beliefs and mental or physical health. If you send us any sensitive data, you explicitly consent that by submitting it, such data may be used in the context of the reasons for which it has been provided.

When you submit your personal data, you will be asked to give your consent for us to use it for the reasons highlighted in this Non-Disclosure Policy and in our Terms of sale. We only collect data which you give us: if you do not wish us to collect your personal data, please do not send us this type of data. The data which we ask you for when processing an order is essential for this processing: if you do not provide such data, we are within our rights not to accept your order.

What use to we make of your data? 

We use the personal data which we collect to process your transactions and manage your account in order to provide you with the goods and services which you buy or wish to buy, to help you place the order or to communicate with your while your order is being processed or being prepared.
